Job summary

You will work with other shift supervisors to identify improvement opportunities and drive efficiency. The role is onsite with a focus on reliable material handling and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimise all areas of materials control operations to ensure efficient workflow and stock accuracy.
• Direct and motivate a team of colleagues, maintaining high standards to meet customer needs and avoid service disruption.
• Champion safety culture by completing daily/weekly tasks and reporting incidents or issues.
• Identify opportunities to optimise material flow operations and deliver efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with other Materials Control shift supervisors to drive continuous improvement across operations.
