Job description

Position: Distribution Sales Manager

Salary: £60,000 to £70,000 + Car Allowance + Commission

Location: UK – Home-based with international travel

Since its inception, our client has gained a global reputation as one of the world’s leading designers and manufacturers of industrial process equipment utilized across various sectors. To support their ambitious growth plans, they are now looking to recruit an experienced Distribution Sales Manager to cover Europe, focusing on developing distribution partners in the food, pharmaceutical, and plastics industries.

We seek a result-oriented individual with a proactive approach to developing profitable distribution channels in both new and existing partnerships.

Specific product training will be provided. However, the successful candidate must have experience in growing new channels. Prior experience within the food, pharmaceutical, or plastics industries is preferred.

If you have a proactive approach to driving international sales growth and can demonstrate success in expanding revenue through distributors, we would like to hear from you. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop a region within a significant market leader.
