Position: Distribution Sales Manager

Salary: £60,000 to £70,000 + Car Allowance + Commission

Location: UK – Home-based with international travel

About the Company

Since its inception, our client has gained a global reputation as one of the world’s leading designers and manufacturers of industrial process equipment utilized across various sectors. To support their ambitious growth plans, they are now seeking an experienced Distribution Sales Manager to cover Europe, focusing on developing distribution partners in the food, pharmaceutical, and plastics industries.

Role Overview

We are looking for a result-oriented individual with a proactive approach to developing profitable distribution channels with both new and existing partners. Specific product training will be provided; however, the ideal candidate should have experience in growing new channels. Prior experience within the food, pharmaceutical, or plastics industries is preferred.
