• Oversee the day-to-day operational management of the branch
• Lead, motivate and support the team
• Provide outstanding customer service in every interaction
• Coordinate loading and unloading of vehicles
• Support efficient and effective delivery schedules
• Monitor stock levels and assist with stock control processes
• Develop and maintain strong product knowledge
