Job summary

OMRON Corporation is seeking a proactive sales professional to drive growth in its distribution channel across the UK, focusing on maximizing revenue through strategic partners and expanding the distributor base in the Peterborough / Kings Lynn area. The role emphasizes demand creation and new business generation, with targets set by the Distribution Manager.

You will lead annual sales plans with distributors, run joint visits and promotions, and support proposals, demonstrations and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets & KPI's as set by the Distribution Manager.
• Produce, agree, and execute annual sales plans with Distributors, identifying key areas for growth.
• Facilitate regular joint sales visits and promotional activities, working closely with the Distributors to identify, win and develop new Omron customers through their channel.
• Assist the Distributors with customer proposals, product demonstrations and pricing support.
• Co-ordinate all Distribution support and training activities, including use of the Field Application Engineers.
