Job summary

Almac Group in Craigavon seeks a Distribution Clerk to handle clerical duties for despatch and distribution orders. You will prepare shipping documents and verify them for accuracy, supporting GMP-compliant processes.

Role involves post-despatch tracking, some manual handling, and working in a busy office environment. UK work eligibility and day-to-day office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the UK or hold a valid UK work permit.
• GCSE (Grade C or above) in Mathematics and English Language.
• Previous experience in a busy office environment.
• Experience using computerised systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform clerical functions for distribution orders from Craigavon or Dundalk facilities.
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation for despatch and distribution process.
• Conduct post-despatch follow-up such as tracking and tracing shipments.
• Handle manual handling tasks as required.
• Ensure all tasks meet GMP requirements.
