The ideal candidate holds a valid SIA licence, has a solid record of 5 years and the right to work in the UK, and demonstrates excellent communication, administration, punctuality, and reliability. A uniform is provided and ongoing training is offered.

Responsibilities

• Monitor alarms, protect the site against unlawful access and perform routine security equipment tests

• Record and report any hazards and unsafe working practices
• Where necessary, you will need to undertake the necessary legal restraints and control in a professional manner
• Maintain daily reports of any accidents or incidents and ensure the necessary action is taken

Pay Rate: £13.50

Hours: 48 hours per week, 12 hour shifts

Job Purpose

A Distribution Centre Security Officer protects the safety of the premises while providing support, direction, and information to all employees, visitors, and contractors.

Job Overview

In this role, you will be expected to increase site security by maintaining a constant presence across the facility.
