We have an opportunity for a Disrepair Supervisor to join our Wates team within our Disrepair Maintenance Division. You will be working out of our Brixton office on one of our social housing contracts, delivering reactive and some planned maintenance to our residents.

Key Accountabilities will include:

1. Ensure high quality service is provided with the management of work scheduling in accordance with company procedures, standards, and SLAs.
2. Represent Wates at client and resident performance meetings as requested by the Operations Manager.
3. Manage the responsive repairs function to ensure consistent performance against targets.
4. Effective and efficient management of material costs and ensure all follow correct processes and procedures.
5. Monitor quality of work through inspections, inspection reports, analysis of KPIs, and customer satisfaction surveys.
6. Lead, manage, and contribute to the development of your team, determining optimal employment levels to meet service requirements.

You must have a full UK driving licence.

To be successful in the role you must be an excellent communicator with problem-solving skills, the ability to multitask, and work to tight deadlines. Prior responsive maintenance experience is crucial. You must also have your SSSTS qualification as a minimum.
