We are looking for a Site Supervisor to join our team in Westminster.
About The Role
Joining us as Site Supervisor, you will be part of a team leading projects on defined work streams, driving service standards and achieving KPIs. You will assess resource needs, support daily activities, and ensure team objectives are met within time, cost, and safety constraints.
The Site Supervisor will manage subcontractor performance, ensure clarity of roles, and participate in review meetings on progress, budgets, and labor. You will resolve complaints, inform management, and implement action plans for areas of dissatisfaction.
About You
You should have proven site project experience in social housing projects, complaint resolution, and disrepair management. An NVQ Level 3 or higher is beneficial, especially with a background in carpentry/joinery. A Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) qualification is desirable, but SSSTS is required. You must have excellent time management, strong IT skills, and be proactive, flexible, and influential. A clean UK driving license for at least 12 months is mandatory.
