Main Responsibilities:

• Report to Department Director
• Manage all aspects of Housing work, provide guidance to team members
• Handle a diverse caseload, including public and private housing issues
• Attend clients, take instructions, prepare cases
• Correspondence and time recording
• Implement supervisor recommendations
• Maintain file management compliance
