G2 Legal Limited is assisting a well-established Newark law firm that is seeking a Dispute Resolution Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join its General Litigation team. You will handle your own caseload from instruction to resolution, with exposure to private client and civil disputes and involvement in higher-value cases.

Qualifications

• Solicitor with 3+ PQE in general litigation or broader experience seeking a varied caseload.
• Confident, well-organised and professional with strong communication and client-care focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload in general litigation, including private client and civil disputes, from instruction through to resolution.
• Support on higher-value cases, ensuring clients are kept informed and deadlines are met while progressing matters efficiently.
• Work closely with the Head of Department to gain exposure to more complex and varied disputes.
• Collaborate within a supportive team, uphold a high standard of client care, and contribute to development opportunities.
