Job summary

eNL is seeking a Litigation Solicitor in Devon to handle a varied caseload of contentious matters across civil litigation, employment and dispute resolution. Open to newly qualified solicitors or those with up to 2 years PQE to develop their litigation experience in a supportive environment.

You will manage your own caseload, work with clients and colleagues to deliver an excellent standard of service while complying with firm policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Solicitors with newly qualified status or up to 2 years’ PQE in litigation.
• Experience in civil litigation, property disputes or dispute resolution desired.
• Strong communication, client care and ability to work in a compliant, team environment.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Litigation Solicitor to join a reputable law firm, handling a varied caseload of contentious matters across civil litigation, employment and dispute resolution. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified Solicitor or a Solicitor with up to 2 years’ PQE to develop their litigation experience within a supportive and client-focused environment.

THE ROLE:

The successful candidate will manage their own caseload of contentious matters, working closely with clients and colleagues to deliver an excellent standard of service.

Applications are welcomed from Solicitors who are newly qualified or have up to 2 years’ PQE in litigation, with experience in some or all of the following:
