Kingsley Wood is seeking a Dispute Resolution solicitor with 4+ years’ PQE to join as a Partner, delivering sophisticated dispute work while developing the practice and client base.

You will have autonomy over client relationships and fee arrangements, with opportunities for flexible hours and days, supported by admin and modern legal tech infrastructure.

The Role

We are seeking a Dispute Resolution solicitor with strong experience across a broad range of complex dispute resolution law to work in the capacity of a Partner and participating in business development.

The Candidate

You will be an experienced, commercially astute lawyer who:

• 4 years’+ PQE in dispute resolution

• Is ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow their own client following
• Thrives in a flexible, modern working environment

Candidates with an existing client following or clear business plan will be particularly attractive.
