Job summary

Service Care Solutions are working with a Lancashire-based law firm seeking a Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join their expanding legal team. The role offers a hybrid working pattern and a salary between £30,000 and £45,000 per year, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will handle varied dispute resolution matters, including commercial and civil litigation, and will perform drafting, research and ADR activities. 1+ year PQE is preferred. Referrals can earn up to £200.

• Handle a varied caseload of dispute resolution matters, including commercial and civil litigation, contractual disputes, property disputes, and debt recovery.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, correspondence, witness statements, settlement agreements, and other legal documents.
• Engage in alternative dispute resolution methods, including mediation and arbitration, to seek cost-effective resolutions for clients.
