Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Dispute Resolution Solicitor, you willManage a varied caseload, including;

• Property litigation, including residential and commercial possession and dilapidation claims
• Debt recovery and insolvency proceedings
• Employment matters, including Tribunal claims, settlement agreements and advisory work
• Professional negligence disputes
• Employer's Liability and Public Liability claims
• Contentious probate, including Will validity challenges and Inheritance Act 1975 claims
• Neighbour and boundary disputes
• Contractual and commercial disputes

What my client is looking for:

• Strong expertise in at least one of the listed areas, with a willingness to develop in others
• Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills
• A proactive and commercially aware mindset
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 PQE
