Job summary

Service Care Solutions, on behalf of a well-known law firm in Lancashire, is seeking a Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join its expanding legal team. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement and a salary of £30,000 to £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year PQE in dispute resolution, strong drafting and research skills, and the ability to handle a varied caseload including commercial and civil litigation, contracts, and property disputes.

Qualifications

• 1+ year PQE in dispute resolution or related litigation.
• Experience drafting pleadings, statements, and settlements.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle a varied caseload of dispute resolution matters, including commercial and civil litigation, contractual disputes, property disputes, and debt recovery.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, correspondence, witness statements, settlement agreements, and other legal documents.
• Engage in alternative dispute resolution methods, including mediation and arbitration, to seek cost-effective resolutions for clients.
