Job summary

Superdrug is hiring in Bicester for roles in the pharmacy team, offering progression from trainee to dispenser. The 17 hours per week include weekday mornings and afternoons, with a salary rate per hour.

No prior experience is required if you’re eager to start a career in healthcare and customer service; NVQ Level 2 in Dispensing is a plus, but not mandatory. Training and development are provided.

We welcome applications from qualified Dispensers and those with no pharmacy experience who are eager to begin their career as a Trainee Pharmacy Assistant.
Location: Bicester
Hours:17 hours per week, working weekday mornings and afternoons
Salary: £14.20 per hour (Dispenser) / Up to £13.15 per hour (Trainee pharmacy assistant)

What You'll Be Doing:

• Supporting the pharmacy team with counter sales and stock replenishment

We're Looking For:

• Either NVQ Level 2 in Dispensing (or equivalent) OR a keen interest in healthcare to begin your pharmacy career with us as a trainee pharmacy assistant.
• No prior experience required - just a passion for healthcare and customer service

• Ability to work well in a team or independently
