Job summary

Superdrug is hiring in Eastcote for a role that welcomes both qualified dispensers and those starting out as a Trainee Pharmacy Assistant. The position offers 12 hours per week across 3 days, with flexibility for 4-hour shifts.

Dispenser pay is £14.20/hour; Trainee pay is up to £13.15/hour depending on age. You’ll support counter sales, stock, and dispensing tasks while training and developing with real benefits across 200+ pharmacies and health clinics.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Dispensing (or equivalent)
• No pharmacy experience required – keen to start a career as a trainee
• Friendly, positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work well in a team or independently
• Fast-paced environment requiring care and professionalism

We welcome applications from qualified Dispensers and those with no pharmacy experience who are eager to begin their career as a Trainee Pharmacy Assistant.

Location: Eastcote

Hours: 12 hours per week over 3 days. We can be flexible when the 4 hour shifts are worked.

Salary: £14.20 per hour (Dispenser) / Up to £13.15 per hour depending on age (Trainee pharmacy assistant)

We’re Looking For

• Either NVQ Level 2 in Dispensing (or equivalent) OR a keen interest in healthcare to begin your pharmacy career with us as a trainee pharmacy assistant.
