CVS Group is seeking a meticulous Dispensary Operative to join our veterinary medicines dispensary team in the UK. You will ensure accurate receipt, storage, picking, packing and dispensing of products while adhering to Good Distribution Practice.

A Dispensary Operative plays a key role in the efficient and compliant operation of the dispensary, ensuring the accurate receipt, storage, picking, packing and dispensing of veterinary medicines and products. Maintains stock accuracy, supports inventory control, and adheres to all RCVS and VMD regulations and resolves dispensary queries promptly, ensure timely medication supply to support high standards of patient care. Maintains a safe, organised and hygienic working environment while delivering excellent attention to detail and operational efficiency.
Monday - Friday (40 hours per week): 8am - 16:30 with weekend availability
The role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow safety procedures, and a strong work ethic, using equipment such as, pallet trucks, and barcode scanners, ensuring that goods are delivered to the correct location in a timely and accurate manner.
The job holder will conform to the Quality Management System operated within CVS Group plc for the Good Distribution Practice of licensed or unlicensed veterinary medicines to ensure that all applicable laws and guidance are reflected in our processes and procedures.
