Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and schedule appointments efficiently.
  • Respond to queries with professionalism via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Greet and register new clients warmly.
  • Process and manage insurance forms adeptly.
  • Dispense medications as required.
  • Process payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide empathy to clients during distressing times, while maintaining professionalism.
  • Organise patients using the in-house system efficiently.
  • Liaise with veterinary practices to address patient needs and queries.
  • Make necessary phone calls regarding debts, belongings, and refunds.
  • Ensure that every client feels welcomed and valued at our practice.

Role Details
  • Location: To be based across our two sites; Dunfermline and Dalgety Bay (but may need to cover our other sites if/when needed)
  • Contract: Permanent
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday between the hours of 08.00 – 20.00 and a share in the Saturday rota 09.00 - 17.00

About The Role
  • Manage Communication: Handle incoming calls and schedule appointments efficiently
