Job summary

Tailored Recruitment Partners Limited in Keighley is recruiting a Dispatch Team Leader on a temporary to permanent basis. You will support dispatch and loading operations, organise staff training and allocate work to ensure smooth shifts.

You will oversee order picking, stock rotation and wagon loading, coordinate wagon movements with Transport, Production and Customer Services, and maintain high hygiene and Health & Safety standards with accurate records.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Able to supervise, train and support staff.
• High attention to detail and order accuracy.
• Able to follow procedures and maintain accurate records.
• Knowledge of stock control and stock rotation.
• Reliable, proactive and able to work as part of a team.

The Job

• You will assist with dispatch and loading operations.
