Job summary

Dale Farm in Pennybridge is seeking a reliable Dispatch Operative to join our team on a full-time temporary ongoing basis. You will help ensure orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time.

Ideal candidates are hardworking, safety-conscious and able to work well in a busy environment. Full training will be provided, with opportunities to develop skills within a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and dispatching customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Picking, checking, packing and labelling products for dispatch.
• Loading and unloading goods safely where required.
• Ensuring all paperwork and dispatch documentation is completed correctly.
• Carrying out quality and accuracy checks before goods leave the site.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.
• Following company procedures, health & safety requirements and operational guidelines.
• Working effectively as part of a team to meet daily dispatch targets.
• Reporting discrepancies, damaged goods or issues to the supervisor.
• Supporting other warehouse and dispatch duties as required.
