Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is looking for a Dispatch Operative in Bridgwater with immediate start. This is a fast-paced role within a busy food production logistics team, where accuracy and teamwork matter daily.

You will pick, load and dispatch finished products, maintain food safety standards, and support a collaborative warehouse environment. Full training is provided and weekly pay is offered, with ongoing long-term opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or dispatch experience is advantageous but not essential
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends where required
• Reliable with excellent timekeeping
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Picking and preparing customer orders accurately
• Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently
• Moving stock throughout the warehouse using manual handling equipment
• Completing dispatch paperwork and scanning products where required
• Carrying out quality and stock checks
• Ensuring products are stored and dispatched in line with company procedures
• Following food hygiene, health & safety and warehouse regulations at all times
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
• Working as part of a team to meet daily dispatch targets

About the Role

An excellent opportunity has become available for a Dispatch Operative to join the busy logistics team in Bridgwater. This is a fast-paced role within a well-established food production environment, ideal for individuals who are reliable, hardworking and enjoy working as part of a team.

As a Dispatch Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring finished products are picked, loaded and dispatched accurately and on time. You'll be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality, food safety and efficiency while helping to keep the warehouse and dispatch operation running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and preparing customer orders accurately
