Job summary

Cambridge Aerospace is seeking a Dispatch Controller to ensure the accurate and timely dispatch of products, materials and equipment while maintaining documentation control and inventory accuracy.

The role requires attention to detail, strong organisation and a disciplined approach to process compliance, working closely with Logistics, Procurement and Warehouse teams on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, dispatch, or supply chain operations.
• Experience handling shipping documentation and inventory transactions.
• Competent user of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily dispatch activities to meet customer and business requirements.
• Ensure shipping paperwork is complete, accurate, and traceable prior to release.
• Maintain accurate inventory transactions within the ERP/MRP system and support stock movements.
• Communicate shipment status and coordinate with Logistics, Procurement, Quality and Warehouse teams.
• Escalate discrepancies or process deviations promptly and support continuous improvement.
