Cambridge Aerospace is seeking a reliable Warehouse Operator to join our Manufacturing Supply Chain team in Cambridge. You will handle raw materials, consumables, and finished goods, ensuring safe, accurate, and timely processing in a regulated manufacturing setting.

You will maintain stock accuracy and traceability using ERP/MRP/WMS systems, operate pallet trucks and forklifts, and work with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and quality teams to minimise downtime while upholding health, safety, and

Qualificações

• Previous experience in a regulated warehouse or logistics environment.
• Basic IT skills including inventory systems, scanners, or spreadsheets.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Understanding of health and safety principles.
• Physically able to perform manual handling tasks.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Receive incoming goods and check deliveries against orders and specs.
• Safely load and unload deliveries.
• Put away stock into designated locations, including controlled areas.
• Pick, pack, and issue materials to manufacturing per work orders.
• Ensure goods are packaged and labeled correctly.
• Carry out regular stock checks and cycle counts.
• Report discrepancies, damaged stock, or shortages.
• Maintain inventory records using MRP and/or WMS systems.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet trucks, trolleys, or forklifts.
• Support material flow to minimise downtime in manufacturing.
• Keep work areas clean, tidy and hazard-free; follow COSHH policies.
• Report safety concerns and near misses; contribute to process improvements.
• Carry out tasks as required by the Materials Lead and collaborate with teams.
