Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older by start date.
• Requires the ability to work 37 hours per week.
• Hours include potential for shift work after training and during 24/7 operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide first point of contact for 101/999 calls and assess needs.
• Direct officers to incidents and manage dispatch via radio and digital channels.
• Participate in a controlled, high-quality customer journey within Dorset Contact Management.
• Complete initial triage and training, progressing to full 24/7 shift pattern if proficient.
