Job Summary:Job SummaryThe Disney+ team is responsible for the day to day operation of Disney+ across Europe, Middle East and Africa, with a specific focus on customer acquisition and retention, marketing, partnerships, content programming, research and analytics.
ThePerformance Marketing Manager, a pivotal leader within thePerformance Marketing Team, plays a crucial role in driving Disney+ subscriber growth. Reporting to theSenior Acquisition Manager, they are responsible for overseeing and executing high-impact marketing strategies across different channels.
This individualdevelops, implements, and optimizesmulti-channel marketing campaigns aimed at maximizing subscriber acquisition. They leverage a mix of paid media and emerging platform features toenhance visibility, drive conversions, and reduce cost-per-acquisition (CPA)through innovative strategies and rigorous experimentation.
Beyond acquisition efforts, they alsohelp drive the creative strategy and operations for performance marketing channels, engage target audiences, and drive measurable results. Their leadership extends to platform development, A/B testing, and performance analysis to continuously refine effectiveness.
Collaboration is key in this role, as theAcquisition Manager works cross-functionallywith the Global Growth team, Analytics, Data Science, and broader Marketing teams to develop insights-driven campaigns.
Additionally, they manage and nurture relationships with key media agencies, technology partners, and external vendors, ensuring seamless execution and optimization of media investments.

This is a
12-month fixed-term contract, based in the
Hammersmith, London office, with a hybrid working pattern of
4 days in the office and 1 day working from home.
The Opportunity & Responsibilities:- Help lead the strategy and execution of Paid Social, Display and Video channels
- Lead the operations for the performance marketing team across relevant channels (facilates assets, liasing with inhouse stakeholders, media planning, optimisations )
- Champion an experimentation mentality, delivering measurable improvements in business performance
- Monitor KPIs and report progress, gaps, opportunities to senior leadership
The Experience We Require From You:Must Have:
- Successful track record in managing digital / performance marketing channels
- Experience in developing and executing A/B testing
- Experience liaising with internal stakeholders and external media partners
- 4yrs+ of professional experience
Nice to have:
- EMEA / multi-market experience
- Knowledge of the SVOD industry
- Understanding of advanced media measurement solutions
