A leading company is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to drive subscriber growth for Disney+. This role involves overseeing multi-channel marketing strategies, optimizing campaigns, and collaborating with various teams to enhance performance. The ideal candidate is data-driven, results-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract based in London with a hybrid working pattern.
Job Summary
The Disney+ team is responsible for the day to day operation of Disney+ across Europe, Middle East and Africa, with a specific focus on customer acquisition and retention, marketing, partnerships, content programming, research and analytics.
ThePerformance Marketing Manager, a pivotal leader within thePerformance Marketing Team, plays a crucial role in driving Disney+ subscriber growth. Reporting to theSenior Acquisition Manager, they are responsible for overseeing and executing high-impact marketing strategies across different channels.
This individualdevelops, implements, and optimizesmulti-channel marketing campaigns aimed at maximizing subscriber acquisition. They leverage a mix of paid media and emerging platform features toenhance visibility, drive conversions, and reduce cost-per-acquisition (CPA)through innovative strategies and rigorous experimentation.
Beyond acquisition efforts, they alsohelp drive the creative strategy and operations for performance marketing channels, engage target audiences, and drive measurable results. Their leadership extends to platform development, A/B testing, and performance analysis to continuously refine effectiveness.
Collaboration is key in this role, as theAcquisition Manager works cross-functionallywith the Global Growth team, Analytics, Data Science, and broader Marketing teams to develop insights-driven campaigns.
Additionally, they manage and nurture relationships with key media agencies, technology partners, and external vendors, ensuring seamless execution and optimization of media investments.
This role is ideal for adata-driven, results-oriented marketerwho thrives in afast-pacedenvironment. The ideal candidate is passionate aboutleveraging data, insights, and creativityto unlock new opportunities, scale acquisition efforts, and drive continuous improvement in marketing performance.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, based in the Hammersmith, London office, with a hybrid working pattern of 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home.
