A leading company is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract in London. The role involves driving subscriber growth through multi-channel marketing strategies, managing relationships with media partners, and optimizing campaigns. The Disney+ team is responsible for the day-to-day operation of Disney+ across Europe, Middle East, and Africa, focusing on customer acquisition and retention, marketing, partnerships, content programming, research, and analytics.
The Performance Marketing Manager, a key leader within the Performance Marketing Team, plays a crucial role in driving Disney+ subscriber growth. Reporting to the Senior Acquisition Manager, they oversee and execute high-impact marketing strategies across various channels.
This individual develops, implements, and optimizes multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at maximizing subscriber acquisition. They utilize paid media and emerging platform features to enhance visibility, drive conversions, and reduce cost-per-acquisition (CPA) through innovative strategies and rigorous experimentation.
Beyond acquisition, they help shape the creative strategy and operations for performance marketing channels, engage target audiences, and deliver measurable results. Their leadership includes platform development, A/B testing, and performance analysis to continually improve effectiveness.
Collaboration is essential, as the Acquisition Manager works cross-functionally with the Global Growth team, Analytics, Data Science, and broader Marketing teams to develop insights-driven campaigns.
They also manage relationships with media agencies, technology partners, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution and media investment optimization.
