Job summary

PulseRise Technologies is seeking a Creator & Community Lead to build a new, self-sustaining creator community for a fast-growing mobile game app. You will live inside Discord, shaping roles, onboarding funnels, bots, and direct creator engagement to help players and creators grow together.

This first hire will design recurring formats and a flagship event, linking engagement to a forthcoming creator monetization strategy while operating in a fast-moving startup environment in London.

Qualifications

• Built a brand or product community from zero and grew it alongside a product.
• Experience balancing a two-sided product serving creators and players.
• Direct, hands-on work with creators to improve their games and reach.

Responsibilities

• Build the creator and community function from scratch: acquire members and design systems.
• Own and run the Discord community end-to-end: roles, onboarding funnels, bots, permissions.
• Work directly with creators to help them improve their games and grow their following.
• Design recurring community formats and flagship events that attract outside members.
• Balance the needs of creators and players in a two-sided ecosystem.
• Track engagement metrics and link to monetization strategy.
• Act as the primary contact and advocate as the community scales.
