• Receive & process Disconnections Applications.
• Schedule site visits and contact customer to agree date and time.
• Monitor appointments and guarantee standards.
• Obtain cable records and produce marked maps.
• Process payments and refunds; raise invoices.
• Monitor financial performance and manage job completion.
