Job summary

SOLOS Consultants Ltd in London is recruiting an experienced Private Sector Housing Officer for Disabled Facilities Grants (DFG) on a 3-month contract. The role focuses on DFG administration, property inspections and grant work to support vulnerable residents.

You will assess applications, interpret OT recommendations, inspect homes and prepare schedules of works and reports to enable adaptations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Disabled Facilities Grant administration.

Disabled Facilities Grants Officer

Location: London

Contract: 3 months

Hours: Full-time

Pay: £27.29 per hour PAYE / £36.78 per hour Umbrella

Service: Private Sector Housing / DFG Home Adaptations

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Private Sector Housing Officer - Disabled Facilities Grants (DFG) to join a London local authority for an initial 3-month contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for a housing professional with experience in DFG administration, property inspections, housing conditions, adaptations and grant work, who is passionate about helping vulnerable residents remain independent in their own homes.
