Job summary

Caritas Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to join the Disabled Children’s Team in Hampshire, based in Havant. This role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive and forward-thinking service focused on achieving positive outcomes for children and families.

You will manage a varied caseload, undertake statutory duties, complete assessments, and contribute to safeguarding and multi-agency planning.

• Complete assessments and formulate effective intervention plans.
• Undertake direct work with children and families.
• Contribute to safeguarding processes and multi-agency planning.
• Maintain accurate and timely case recordings.
