Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a UK-based statutory social work setting.
• Senior roles require significant post-qualifying experience and mentoring capability.
• Strong ability to assess risk and develop effective plans.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with families.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating across agencies.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, meaningful relationships with children and families to enable positive change.
• Lead assessments, care planning, and interventions that safeguard wellbeing.
• Work with multi‑agency partners to deliver holistic support.
• Manage complex caseloads with autonomy and focus on outcomes.
• Provide mentoring and support to colleagues and contribute to service development.
