Job summary

Everpool Recruitment is seeking a WCA Functional Assessor – Healthcare Professionals in Hitchin with hybrid working. The role offers a starting salary of £50,000–£51,000 plus a bonus and a full 12-week training programme.

Ideal candidates are Registered Nurses, Occupational Therapists or Physiotherapists with at least 1 year post-registration experience and active NMC or HCPC registration. Excellent communication and IT skills are essential.

We’re recruiting WCA Functional Assessors to use their clinical expertise to assess how health conditions and disabilities impact an individual's ability to work.

What’s on offer

• £50,000 – £51,000 starting salary


• £1,000 increase after 12 months, subject to performance


• 5% bonus after successful training + up to 10% annual bonus


• Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm


• No nights, weekends or bank holidays


• Hybrid working


• 25 days’ annual leave + bank holidays

What you’ll need

• At least 1 year post-registration experience
