Everpool Recruitment is seeking a Disability Assessor in Weymouth. This hybrid, full-time role runs Monday–Friday 9am–5pm with optional 3/4 day Part-time; training provided.

You will assess claimants, review evidence, and produce reports for the DWP, with performance-based salary progression and a strong benefits package. The position requires post-registration experience in an adult setting and active NMC/HCPC/GPHC registration, plus excellent communication, report writing, and IT skills.

Salary: £40,000 - £42,000 - (+ 1k at 6/12 months - performance based)

What you need:

• At least 1 year of recent post-registration experience in a relevant adult setting
• At least 1 year of active NMC, HCPC or GPHC registration
• Strong communication and assessment skills
• Excellent report-writing and typing skills
• Good IT skills
• The ability to work independently and manage your own caseloadPIP assessments - 3 a day WCA assessments -5/6 a day

What will you be doing? As a Disability Assessor, you will:
