Job summary

Everpool Recruitment is seeking Disability Assessors in Luton to join a hybrid role combining home and office work. You will conduct pupil assessments by phone and in person, review evidence, and compile comprehensive reports for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).

Roles include PIP and WCA pathways, with salaries from £45,000 to £49,000 plus a bonus scheme. Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, with training and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-year post-registration experience in an adult setting.
• Must have at least 1 year of active registration.
• Excellent IT skills, strong communication and assessment abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments via phone and face-to-face.
• Review medical evidence and daily living activities.
• Produce detailed reports for DWP.
