Job summary

Everpool Recruitment in Bournemouth is seeking a Disability Assessor to join a structured, hybrid role (in clinic 3 days a week) providing PIP/WCA functional assessments. The position offers a £40,000–£42,000 salary with a 5% annual bonus and a £1,000 raise after 12 months, plus 25 days of leave and funded CPD.

You will conduct face‑to‑face, video and telephone assessments, evaluate how conditions impact function, review medical evidence, and prepare detailed DWP reports with clear clinical

Qualifications

• Must be an NMC registered nurse or HCPC registered professional.
• UK post-registration experience (minimum 12 months).
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills; comfortable with IT systems.

We’re recruiting PIP/WCA Functional Assessors in Bournemouth, offering a structured Monday–Friday role with hybrid working.
