This full-time, permanent position is based in London, UK, with regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact on our Product Organisation and the growth of the Corporates department.

Purpose of Role
  • Develop and manage Vistra Treasury solutions to meet current and anticipated customer needs.
  • Act as the primary solution owner, working alongside Product Management, Commercial, Technology, Product Marketing, and Service Delivery to ensure alignment with market needs and achieve results.
  • Conduct market planning and intelligence, set pricing strategies, and understand the end-to-end client experience.
Scope
  • Responsible for Banking and Treasury globally.
  • Manage direct reports (pre-sales) and collaborate with Product Managers across Global and Fund Solutions to shape the Treasury product mix.
  • Work closely with Commercial, Service Delivery, Technology, and Marketing to ensure solution alignment.
  • Lead a team delivering Treasury services to clients.
  • Contribute to profitability and financial performance.
  • Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are met and monitored.
Key Responsibilities
  • Understand market landscape to inform portfolio strategies through customer feedback and competitive intelligence.
  • Translate market knowledge into 1-3 year product plans with relevant teams.
  • Coordinate with Product Marketing to develop messaging and campaign plans.
  • Set growth targets by solution and country through market planning.
  • Align quotas and territories with product forecasts.
  • Plan staffing needs based on SME capacity requirements.
Execution
  • Develop and communicate a solution roadmap with launch timelines.
  • Forecast performance with Commercial Operations and diagnose issues.
  • Identify market gaps and collaborate with Service Delivery for improvements.
  • Review and manage content for solution campaigns.
  • Oversee SME deployment and workload, managing team performance.
Attributes/Technical Skills
  • Strong relationships with Banks, EMIs, and financial Tech companies, with proven negotiation skills.
  • Deep understanding of banking, payment technology, and protocols.
  • Experience in product development, pricing strategies, and sales planning.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and adaptability skills.
Minimum Requirements
  • Significant experience in a senior solution/product management role within corporate services or related industries.
  • Degree in economics, finance, business, mathematics, or related field; MBA or professional qualifications preferred.
