Job summary

LSEG seeks a Director of Sustainability Reporting to define and drive the group\'s regulatory reporting strategy, ensuring compliance with CSRD, IFRS Sustainability Reporting Standards, and UK SRS. Responsibilities

• Define and lead the execution of LSEG's sustainability reporting and accounting strategy. This involves being the recognised lead technical expert on sustainability reporting regulatory requirements, including CSRD, IFRS Sustainability Reporting Standards, UK SRS and other reporting requirements.
• Lead multi-year, multi-stakeholder programmes for CSRD and UK SRS workstreams to ensure compliance with incoming regulation from FY27.
• Manage the design and implementation of Workiva as a new sustainability reporting technology, embedding it from FY27 with staff training across the Group.
• Manage relationships with key vendors including corporate reporting agencies and technology partners.
• Ensure timely delivery of all in-year and annual reporting processes, and collaborate with external design agencies on annual reports and online content.
• Define all bases of preparation and reporting for LSEG's sustainability disclosures, including methodologies, models, assumptions and uncertainties.
• Lead LSEG's programme to gain limited assurance of sustainability disclosures, and represent LSEG to the external auditor (Deloitte).
• Lead annual reassessment of sustainability reporting boundaries and integration across reporting streams.
