Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group seeks a Director of Sustainability Reporting to define and drive LSEG's regulatory reporting strategy. You will lead the expert team, ensure alignment with CSRD, IFRS Sustainability Reporting Standards, and UK SRS, and oversee the design, delivery and assurance of all sustainability disclosures.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of CSRD, IFRS Sustainability Reporting Standards, and UK SRS.
• Experience managing regulatory change programmes for a large listed company.
• Understanding of ESG ratings methodologies and proxy adviser requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the sustainability reporting strategy and regulatory requirements.
• Lead impact assessments and implementation programmes for CSRD/UK SRS.
• Oversee multi-year workstreams to ensure compliance from FY27 and beyond.
• Design and implement the sustainability reporting technology (Workiva) and train users.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, auditors, and technology partners.
• Ensure timely delivery of annual and in-year reports and related content.
