WPS is seeking a Sustainability Reporting and Compliance Manager to own the corporate sustainability reporting framework from its Finsbury Park base. You will influence senior leadership, coordinate SECR and other disclosures, and ensure robust controls across the reporting lifecycle.

You will collaborate across Finance, HR, IT and Operations to translate regulatory changes into actionable requirements while managing reporting costs and external assurance. This is London-based.

Qualificações

• Strong knowledge of UK sustainability reporting requirements.
• Experience managing the complete sustainability reporting cycle, from data collection through to assurance and publication.
• Experience coordinating sustainability disclosures for Annual Report and Accounts.
• Experience establishing reporting controls, audit trails and working with external auditors or assurance providers.
• Strong influencing and stakeholder-management skills for senior and Board-level audiences.
• Degree-level education is required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the sustainability reporting framework, calendar and governance processes.
• Coordinate disclosures for the Annual Report and Accounts.
• Deliver SECR, climate-related financial disclosures and emerging requirements.
• Establish robust reporting controls, audit trails and external assurance.
• Collaborate with Sustainability, Finance, Procurement, Fleet, Property, Operations, HR, Social Value and IT.
• Translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, practical actions for the business.
• Provide technical advice to senior leaders, including the Board.
• Manage budget for reporting systems, specialist advice and external assurance.
• Keep ahead of changes in reporting requirements and prepare for what's coming next.
