An executive opportunity to join a global digital consultancy, helping to lead the growth of their ServiceNow practice.

I am supporting a global digital consultancy within the strategy, innovation, and transformation space. They have a long history of advising clients and supporting businesses with significant change, from strategy to execution, totally focused on results.

They are currently looking for a Director to help lead the ServiceNow practice, working to win, deliver, and lead large programmes of work, and help drive growth in the space.

The successful Director will have the following background:

  • Extensive experience working with executive leadership to shape ServiceNow transformations and an understanding of products such as IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and Customer Service Management (CSM).
  • A thought leader in ServiceNow with a history of advising C-level leadership.
  • Previous experience working within a leading consultancy.
  • Previous sales experience commercialising £multi-million of business p.a.
