What you’ll be doing

• Defining the ServiceNow requirements and leading ServiceNow teams to deliver the right outcomes.
• Helping to unblock service technical deliveries with a focus on ServiceNow and measuring success against requirements.
• Improving end-to-end technology for the service.
• Partnering with ServiceNow and co-creating initiatives to transform the business.

You'll have the following skills and experience

• Experience: Experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment.
• ServiceNow Expertise: Proven experience in implementing and customizing ServiceNow solutions.
• Telco B2B Domain: Strong understanding of the Telco B2B domain, including industry-specific processes and challenges.
• Agile Methodologies: In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Nice to have
