Responsibilities
  1. Research & Analysis:
    • Conduct in-depth research on AI-first business transformation and other emerging technology trends impacting enterprises (e.g., automation, agentic AI, spatial computing, edge computing, Web3).
    • Understand and explore future frameworks for building the enterprise of the future that connects front office and back-office through workflows, data, and supporting systems.
    • Develop future scenarios, strategic foresight models, and technology roadmaps to guide business leaders in key industries including financial services, automotive, retail, technology/media, manufacturing, and hospitality.
    • Interview customers, executives, and industry experts to gain real-world insights into enterprise challenges and transformation strategies.
    • Collaborate with innovation leadership to guide the research and editorial calendar.
  2. Publishing & Thought Leadership:
    • Contribute to and execute a future-focused editorial calendar aligned with innovation leadership priorities.
    • Author topical forecasting reports, executive briefings, and articles on technology trends, effective business transformation strategies, and future scenarios.
    • Create content that is accessible and actionable to account teams, executive decision-makers, and influencers in consumable media formats.
  3. Customer & Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Present research findings, forecasts, and scenarios to internal teams and customers.
    • Collaborate with marketing and innovation teams to amplify thought leadership through content marketing vehicles, events, webinars, and media opportunities.
  4. Scaling Futurism & Best Practices:
