Job summary

EY UK Studio+ is seeking a Director to lead service and operations transformation, shaping strategy and delivering large-scale programmes for UK clients. You will manage senior stakeholder relationships, drive product-enabled delivery, and guide multidisciplinary teams across complex, regulated environments.

You will partner with partners and the C-suite to translate vision into actionable roadmaps, influence operating models, and ensure delivery quality, client outcomes, and commercial success.

Qualifications

Proven delivery of customer service/operational transformation in complex environments.
Experience leading large teams (6–30+) with agile delivery and product management.
Extensive experience influencing and engaging C-suite stakeholders, shaping strategy and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee large, multi-workstream customer service transformation programmes.
Own senior client relationships and shape transformation agendas.
Set direction for product-enabled delivery and scalable, future-ready solutions.
Oversee delivery teams, manage risks, and communicate with stakeholders.
