Job summary

EY Studio+ UK in Manchester is seeking a Director of Service & Operations to shape and scale service innovation for complex organisations. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, own large programmes, and influence senior client stakeholders while championing EY Studio+ propositions.

The role blends strategic clarity with hands-on delivery, partnering with business, product and engineering teams to drive customer-centric transformation, operating models, and data-driven platforms at scale across

Qualifications

Proven track record delivering customer service transformation in complex environments.
Experience leading large teams (6–30+), with agile delivery and product management.
Strong commercial track record, including revenue growth and winning work.
Extensive experience in regulated industries (e.g., utilities).

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee large, multi-workstream customer service transformation programmes.
Own senior client relationships, shaping transformation agendas and building long-term strategic partnerships.
Set direction for product-enabled and platform-aligned delivery, ensuring scalable, integrated solutions.
Oversee delivery teams with progress tracking, risk management, and stakeholder communication across levels.
Drive practice growth and proposition development across EY Studio+.
