Relevant Experience
The incumbent should have at least 10-12 years in Software and Services sales in the European Market, with exposure to the EMEA region being advantageous. The candidate should have a proven track record and excellent sales credentials, with experience in Solution selling and new account generation in Customer Experience Management Solutions, including CMS, UX/UI, CRM, CCM, Platform Engineering, Data Analytics & Integration solutions across different technology platforms in Financial Services, Healthcare, Pharma, and Lifesciences industries.
Role Description
- Achieving booking, billing, and profitability targets for the region.
- Prospecting, qualifying, proposing, negotiating, and closing mid/large-sized business deals.
- Developing a healthy pipeline of suspects and prospects, and accurately forecasting business deals to be closed.
- Formulating GTM strategy for new leads & pipeline, winning new accounts, and expanding business in existing accounts for CXM, CCM, CRM, Data Analytics, and Integration solutions and services.
- Understanding & experience in Financial Services, Healthcare, Pharma, and Lifesciences industry sectors.
- Setting customer expectations consistent with service offerings and delivery potential.
- Building credible and lasting relationships with prospects and customers for repeat business.
- Maintaining contact and opportunity information complete, accurate, and in a timely manner in CRM.
- Having a comprehensive channel strategy/multipoint lead generation.
- Attending and representing the company at various business and industry meetings and trade shows.

- Residing in the UK and willing to work across the EMEA region.
- Fluency in English.
- In-depth knowledge of the dynamics of the IT services industry.
- Proven account "hunter".
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Extensive experience in direct selling of IT solution services.
- Experience supporting CXM, CCM, CRM, Data Analytics, and Integration solutions across different technology platforms in Financial Services, Healthcare, Pharma, and Lifesciences sectors.
- Good to have an established network of business contacts in CCM Solutions (Quadient, Smart Communications, OpenText Extream).
- Knowledge/experience with cloud-based B2B applications.
- Broad knowledge of WCM, CCM, DWP, CRM, ERP, ECM, RPA, Integration Solutions, Analytics, AMS enterprise products/services.
- Experience with Managed Services offerings.
- Built partnership channels to market.
- Strong sector expertise.
- Ability to convince, handle objections, and close large deals quickly.
- Relevant C-level contacts in the European market.
- Dynamic, proactive sales approach, solution-oriented.
- Experience in Indian Offshoring Services environments, understanding their dynamics and cultures.
Academic Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT is an advantage.
