- Maintain accountability for sales activities, ensuring accurate pipeline reporting, forecasting, and activity logging in the CRM system.
- Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of Gordian solutions and competitive positioning in the market.
- Utilize individual selling skills to capitalize on key revenue opportunities.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance job performance and personal growth.
- Drive the standardization of Gordian’s business practices and methodologies.
- Identify and pursue key markets and business development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience selling to local authorities, universities, maintenance service providers, and NHS Trusts.
- Strong understanding of construction-related data and SaaS data solutions.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or player-coach capacity.
- Demonstrate ability to lead and mentor a sales team with a track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to business development.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
