Jones Lang LaSalle seeks an experienced Director to lead our Residential Valuations team in Birmingham. You will shape strategy, drive growth and ensure high-quality valuations while building strong client relationships across the region.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement strategic plans to grow residential valuations.
• Identify new market opportunities and drive business development.
• Set and achieve team performance targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
• Provide expert advice on complex valuations.
• Ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the valuation team.
• Foster innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Oversee recruitment, training and performance management.
• Maintain deep knowledge of residential markets and valuation methods.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and regulations.
• Provide guidance on challenging valuations.
• Ensure valuations meet high quality and compliance standards.
• Implement and maintain risk management procedures.
• Review and sign-off high-value or complex valuations.
• Manage the financial performance of the residential valuations team.
• Develop and monitor KPIs.
• Collaborate to drive cross-selling opportunities.

Formation

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Valuation, or related field

Professional valuation qualification (e.g., RICS, API, or equivalent)
